Our people understand and are totally committed to our core values…
Quality – describes the high standards we set ourselves. It reflects our commitment to build a business we can be proud of, to be a great place to work, a great place to be a customer. Quality is reflected in everything we do.
Passion – reflects the attitude, energy and performance of our people and the positive effect it has on others. We care, support and help each other to achieve our goals.
We continue to find ways to protect our unique culture and core vision of being ‘a great place to work’ that attracts, retains and inspires people to give their best.
Our Charity Work
We’re a company striving to be defined not just by our £110 million turnover but for playing our part in the wider community with the same passion, energy and attitude that drives us to succeed in the workplace.
Part of success is giving something back, and we’ve had a laugh doing so many crazy things in the name of charity. Cycling across Costa Rica, throwing ourselves out of planes, racing in rally cars to Budapest and so much more!
