You may use Team Chess for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:
Team Chess is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as usernames). By submitting content, you grant Team Chess a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as part of the Service. You must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
Team Chess, including its design, graphics, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.
The AI chess engine in Team Chess is based on Stockfish, an open-source chess engine developed by the Stockfish community and licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. Our modifications to Stockfish for 4-player team chess are published under the same license. The complete modified source code is available at github.com/dpapadim1/stockfish-team-chess.
If you downloaded Team Chess from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. In case of conflict, Apple's terms prevail for App Store downloads.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Team Chess is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Chess and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Chess from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
