The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

The AI chess engine in Team Chess is based on Stockfish, an open-source chess engine developed by the Stockfish community and licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. Our modifications to Stockfish for 4-player team chess are published under the same license. The complete modified source code is available at github.com/dpapadim1/stockfish-team-chess.

8. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Team Chess from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. In case of conflict, Apple's terms prevail for App Store downloads.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Team Chess is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Chess and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
